By downloading, installing, or using the Lucid application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the App.

Lucid's AI coach is a personal decision-support tool. It does not constitute:

AI coach responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. We encourage you to use critical judgment and consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

We are not liable for decisions made based on analyses provided by the App.


6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the App (design, text, algorithms, the "Lucid" brand) are the exclusive property of Neetch and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Content you enter into the App (test responses, journal entries) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.


7. Subscription and Payment

Certain Lucid features may be offered under a paid subscription. Applicable pricing is displayed in the App and on the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the terms set by the App Store. Any refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.


8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lucid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.


10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, the provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
