How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. All your data will be erased within 30 days. If you run into any issues, email us at hello@blucid.app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Lucid subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store. To cancel, open iPhone Settings → Your name → Subscriptions → Lucid → Cancel subscription.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can the AI coach replace a mental health professional?
No. Lucid is a personal decision-support tool, not a medical or psychological service. For mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
